My mother passed on May 7th and I called several places, most made the call difficult. Cremation Green was quick and to the point just like I wanted. They provided more than enough information and their website is very informative prior to the call as well. I picked up my mother’s ashes less than a month from initially calling them. I had a family urn already and they worked with me.

The night person who collected my former husband was so kind, respectful, and considerate. It was a nice touch when he covered him with a US flag because he was a veteran. I have told my friends how well you all conduct this procedure. Thank you.

The person who came to get my wife after her passing was incredibly sensitive and understanding. They supported me through the most difficult time in my life. I recommend them without hesitation.

Overall helpful and good people. Marlaena is very patient and professional, we were comfortable leaving our grandmother in their care. I have recommended them to others and I would do so. My one issue has been with the Death Certificates. We paid for multiple copies, and through lots of run around, we are having to take care of that on our own, with the State, /again/. I need the business to offer pick up for Death Certificates. I would have paid a fee to do so. I understand that might be a challenge for liability reasons, but it's got to be better than us having to run around months after our Grandmother's death to still get certificates we already paid for, because we didn't receive the first set, and because we didn't request them originally, have to start this process all over again.
