Guaranteed Express Death Certificate Processing is a priority service designed to deliver certified death certificates within six business days after the medical certifier has completed their portion and all required authorizations have been received.
Certified copies are requested using priority processing and delivered to the family using the fastest available method, which may include hand delivery or USPS Express Mail. If the certified copies are not delivered within six business days due to delays within our control, the processing fee will be refunded or replacement copies will be issued.
This guarantee applies only to delays within our control and does not apply to delays caused by medical certification, state processing systems, regulatory requirements, or circumstances outside our control.
